
A sampler of some of Belazu's popular Mediterranean & Middle Eastern sauces. You'll get a jar of each:
- Chermoula - Warm spices, green herbs, and bright lemon. Use as a marinade for roasted vegetables, stirred into grains or couscous, or as a dressing for meats and fish.
- Zhoug - Intensely herbal and spicy. Mix into yogurt, dollop onto grilled veggies or meats. Use toward the end of cooking.
- Rose Harissa - Spicy harissa gets a mild touch with rose petals. An Ottolenghi favorite!
- Black Olive Tapenade - Crushed black olives with capers and garlic. Spread on toasted bread for a perfect bite.
