You probably know it best for its supporting role in hummus and is commonly used in Middle Eastern, Eastern Mediterranean, and North Africa cuisines. But Tahini’s uses go far beyond the bean dip; it’s a delicious component to a variety of sweet and savory preparations and can be used anytime you reach for another kind of nut or seed butter (such as dressings, sauces, smoothies, etc.).
